K RAJESH (Founder)
• Previously, as Vice President, Rehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity Fund, he closed some of the largest transactions in the Indian real estate sector and managed a portfolio of over $400mn in equity, which was invested in assets valued at more than $3bn.
• Prior to that he worked with the Carlyle Group Real Estate Private Equity, where he invested in and managed luxury residential developments in Manhattan worth over $3 billion, including one of the largest luxury development projects on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.
DEEPAK PUROHIT
(Chief Executive Officer)
• Former Deputy Regional CEO – Remark Group, led P&L for two 100acre+ developments in Pune & extended Mumbai Suburbs with Rs 200 Cr topline.
• As Sr. Director of Xanadu Realty, set up & scaled new business operations in Bangalore with 100+ members strong team. Has held leadership positions in Edelweiss, ebay India and General Motors India.
